Refund Policy

At Kittredge Farm, we strive to ensure satisfaction with our products, services, and events. If you are not satisfied, please review our refund policy below:
1. Membership Fees
Membership fees are non-refundable once payment is processed. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis for technical errors or extenuating circumstances. Requests must be submitted in writing to Admin@DanKittredge.com
2. Live Event Registrations
Cancellations by You: Refunds for live event registrations will be provided if a cancellation request is made at least 10 days before the event. A processing fee may apply.
Cancellations by Us: If an event is canceled or rescheduled by Kittredge Farm, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or a credit toward future events.
3. Product Purchases
Physical Products: Refunds or exchanges are available for defective or damaged products within 14 of delivery. To request a refund, contact us at Admin@DanKittredge.com with your order details and proof of purchase.
Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds are not provided for digital downloads or online courses once accessed or downloaded.

Reason for the refund request
5. Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving your request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
